HABcore has a contractual agreement with the CPC Behavioral Healthcare Association. This association reserves four beds at the Coffey Residence and ten beds at the Laurel House for their clients.
HABcore has a contractual agreement with the Mental Health Association which reserves four apartment units in Beachwood and Asbury Park and one "transitional bed" in the Laurel House for someone awaiting permanent apartment housing.
HABcore reserves two respite beds for CPC and one for the Monmouth County Department of Social Services (MCDSS)for someone unable to pay rent and in need of temporary emergency housing.
Nurses from the Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey make regular on-site visits to conduct physical evaluations, administer treatment, and educate our residents on good health practices and the proper use of medication.
HABcore's Resident Managers work closely with the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team members to ensure that mentally ill residents successfully make the transition from a hospital setting to the community environment.
